As a Strategic Storyteller and Instructional Coach, I serve people and organizations in many ways, including:

• Kicking off district or school-wide initiatives.
• Engaging with school boards, executive cabinets, or stakeholders directly in order to formulate a plan of action for implementing innovative change.
• Cultivating, curating and leveraging the stories of students, faculty, and community to initiate, influence, and affect change.
•  Connecting directly with parents and families to collaboratively establish a foundation of confidence and trust in educational leadership and vision.
• Leading workshops on topics related to instructional coaching, curriculum and technology integration, implementation and capacity-building, transformative teaching and learning, pedagogy and andragogy practices, blended learning, and effective communication in whole group or small group settings.
